I was told 7 months ago that I would pay 175.00 per month for my phones. Now I’m being billed 252.00 per month. My last review got removed because they didn’t like what I posted which is the truth. They neglected to have me sign a contract. They refuse to work with me. The manager of 1799 Patrick Drive in Burlington threatened me with calling the cops for no reason other than I was stating the truth in his store. That’s not the way to treat customers! He is a liar! He doesn’t initiate a contract so he can quote you a price and then Raise it without warning to whatever He feels like. Do not open an account with this store because they will not work with you to resolve any issue! Never leave Verizon because it’s not worth it! Sprint’s customer service stinks!!!!

I have asked several times but have never received a call back. I now try to call the store with no answer and will have to go there which I then have to waste more time. Sprint website and billing is a joke and kind of wished I would have went somewhere else. Very disappointed in sprint overall.

When my husband and I went into this store, we were expecting to cut our phone rates down, and not have to pay a lot per month. Basically, we were conned into a plan that we did not originally want. The sales rep screwed up our plan for the bill. My phone was on a 40gb plan, and my husband's phone was on an unlimited plan. So now, we are stuck with a $270 phone bill for TWO phones! Customer service cannot change it. I'm unbelievably frustrated with the service here. We were in the store for over two and a half hours. This is not good business.

Shady operation. I went to activate a new phone and he slides in a $13/mo protection plan that I never asked for or was discussed. I noticed it when I got home and called the rep. He said it was already in the plan previously which is a lie and all more past statements prove. He said he would remove it but after a week, it still wasn't done. I called Sprint to have it removed and asked if they get a commission for selling protection plans and she said yes. I explained my experience and she just laughed and said "yep, those agents do things like that to make money". Be carefull.
