Let me say that this is not my vet but this was a critical situation so I had to go in, in which I do not like taking my dogs anywhere else. I called this morning around 10:30 a.m. and was able to schedule an appointment for 2:15 a.m. I called and spoke with Jennifer and she was ever so courteous and patient with me. When the Dr came in the room, she was professional, precise, and patient with me and my furbaby. She quickly diagnosed my baby with Pyometra ad gave me options to move forward to treat my dog. If I ever have to take my dogs to the vet here in Kentucky again, they will be going to this hospital here - Burlington Pet Hospital.

Over the years, we have had great experiences at Burlington Pet Hospital. We are treated like family each visit. Appointments always run on time. Our pets always receive a comprehensive evaluation. The doctors are compassionate, and they take the time to explain all matters of pet care. I highly recommend this practice to others.
We used to live close to Burlington Pet Hospital, 2 yrs ago- 2015, & that is how we ended up going there when our little, older, dog was scratching & licking alot. Dr Yvonne Kordenbrock, DVM treated her & did an excellent job. She addressed what was going on with our dog & took care of it! She didn't order a lot of elaborate & expensive tests. She just took care of our dog's current issue. Recently, Oct. 2017, we returned to her pet hospital & she once again took care of our Sophie. We live in Ohio now- pet hospital is in KY- & we traveled about 60 miles one way to get care for our 17 yr old rat terrier. We tried a vet here in Ohio & was not happy. It was a new pet care facility & they wanted to charge over $500.00 dollars for a bunch of tests that Sophie didn't need. Dr Kordenbrock "cuts to the chase", addresses the problem and & shows love to our Sophie. She will offer to do more testing if the initial treatment doesn't work, but she doesn't
