Not much of a park, really. It serves as a trail head for horse trails. There is one picnic table across a gravel field.
Horses have trampled and destroyed nearly the entire trail. It's not very enjoyable anymore.
Great hiking place! Our kids 14, 9 & 7 yrs old loved it too!
Especially beautiful in the spring. So many woodland wildflowers. Even when the parking lot is full, you can hike in and be alone. The bridge washed out, but if your adventurous enough you can make it across the little creek.
Trails not maintained, over grown. There are better places in the area.
